Paint Brush Storage
Is that appropriate?
I'm moving into a 2-room house. Here's what it comes with: Brand new kitchen cabinets and brand new cherry oak parquet the kitchen. 1 full bath. Huge game soundproof rooms, including a pool table and full bar. 2 couches and a coffee table. 2 acres. large front deck. Garage used as storage space. Here is what they do not have: Flooring / skirting. Must be painted. Needs sink, bath fixtures and floors must be cleaned and beds. Holes in the Wall of the chamber must be drywalled. Insulation required. A lot of work to be carried out in the yard. The list goes on and on. Amounts to $ 400 per month, including rent and utilities, really adequate? I mean, I'm spending money on paint and brushes and floor coverings and all kinds of things I never thought would be necessary. I'm basically doing all the renovations alone … What do you all think?
It depends on where you live. If it were in California, would I say it's very much. If you lived in my state, I would say that the business is not bad, but you might want to keep your eyes open. Personally I would never pay rent and repair, a property held by someone else. With the way you described the property it would be illegal to rent in my city.
